Introduction

Dynamic and innovative young organization seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to serve as a Business Partner for our Founder & MD. We operate on a global scale, and our success is driven by our commitment to excellence, innovation, and collaboration.

Location: Chennai, India
Salary:  ₹ 50,000.00 - ₹ 60,000.00 p.m. *
Preferred candidate: Female Candidate with over 3 years of experience as an EA/PA.
Age group: Minimum 30 to Maximum 42 years

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the diary, scheduling meetings, and appointments
  • Making international travel arrangements
  • Taking dictation and minutes during meetings
  • Acting as the key point of contact between the managers and clients
  • Traveling with the company MD - Founder & MD globally
  • Providing personal and professional assistance to the Founder/MD
  • Screening and directing phone calls, distributing correspondence
  • Handling requests and queries in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • Relevant secretarial experience
  • Self-motivation
  • Confidence in your ability
  • A passion for digital and professional development
  • Aptitude for learning and adapting to industry needs
  • Confidence in communicating with clients and prospects
  • Willingness to engage in frequent international travel
  • Proven work experience or strong interest in serving as a Personal Assistant
  • Basic knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized

Language Proficiency: (Must have)

  • Proficient in Hindi, Telugu, English, and Tamil
